A few years ago, I left my marriage, my job, my career, my safety net, and all of the beliefs that kept me stuck behind me and I started again. The problem was, I had no idea how to start or where to start. How do you start again, exactly? I lost myself to the point where I had no idea who I was anymore, what I liked, what I disliked, what did I enjoy, what did I want to do? No idea - was the answer. Add to that a fearful-avoidant and anxious attachment style, and you have quite the cocktail for an emotionally unstable journey right there. I wondered, should I read books? Go to therapy? Watch YouTube videos? Follow motivational accounts on Instagram? Do courses? So, I did all of those. But nothing felt like it gave me the ultimate transformation I was looking for. I was looking for a “How-to-life” guide essentially, but nothing felt like it covered all the pillars of life. So, I created it myself. This very method taught to me how to:
